You've bought a bed, a chest of drawers or a desk and the box has been sitting in the hallway for days. We build it in your home, level it and, where needed, fix it to the wall so it can't tip over. If you're moving, we also take furniture apart so it can be transported.
Bigger jobs need more detail: measurements, the state of the walls and exactly what the fitting includes. That is why we quote for each one individually.
We fit base and wall units, tall units, doors, drawers and plinths, and leave everything level and aligned. For IKEA kitchens we work with the METOD system and its suspension rail.
Gas connections, new electrical or water points and cutting stone worktops are specialist trades: we make this clear in the quote.
Hinged and sliding-door wardrobes, PAX-style systems, interiors with shelves, rails and drawer units. We adjust the doors so they close properly and fix the wardrobe to the wall.
We assemble flat-pack wardrobes. A made-to-measure fitted wardrobe is joinery work and is quoted separately.

We do simple tasks that come with an installation, such as connecting a cooker hood or a dishwasher to an existing socket or water point. We do not carry out work that legally requires a certified installer, such as gas connections or new electrical circuits. If your job needs one, we will tell you before quoting.
It depends on the job: assembling a bedside table is not the same as fitting a whole kitchen. We give you a quote for your job before we start. Our prices page explains what affects the cost.

Usually yes: you buy the furniture, cooker hood or TV and we assemble or install it. If small materials are needed (special plasterboard fixings, brackets, screws), we discuss them when we quote.
