A large wardrobe is the flat-pack item that takes longest and is least forgiving: if it isn't plumb, the doors won't close. We build it, level it, fix it to the wall and adjust the doors until they line up.

What we do when assembling a wardrobe
Frame and levelling
We assemble the units and check they are level and plumb, even if the floor isn't perfectly flat.
Hinged doors
We fit the hinges and doors and adjust their height, depth and side position so they close in line.
Sliding doors
We install the top and bottom tracks, hang the doors and adjust the soft-close and stops.
Interiors
Shelves, hanging rails, drawer units, shoe racks, trouser hangers and system accessories.
Wall anchoring
A tall wardrobe must be fixed to the wall. We use the right fixings for brick, concrete or plasterboard.
Dismantling
We take apart the old wardrobe or the one you're taking with you when you move, keeping the fittings safe.
Fitted wardrobe assembly
Many flats in Benidorm have built-in wardrobe recesses. If the wardrobe is a flat-pack system (PAX-style units with fronts or catalogue sliding doors), we assemble it inside the recess and adjust it to the walls.

Do you assemble IKEA PAX wardrobes?

My wardrobe won't stand up in the room once built – what then?
Tall wardrobes are assembled lying down and then lifted upright. With a low ceiling you need some clearance, which is why we ask for the ceiling height before we start.
My wardrobe doors don't close properly – can you fix them?
Yes, adjusting hinges and sagging doors is a common repair. You will find it with other jobs in small home repairs.
How long does wardrobe assembly take?
A two-door wardrobe can be ready in a couple of hours; a multi-unit wardrobe with sliding doors and interiors takes considerably longer. We give you an estimate with the quote.
