What the installation includes
We install ceiling fans from any shop: with or without a light, with a remote or a pull cord.
Remove the light
We take down the light fitting currently on that light point.
Ceiling fixing
We fix the bracket with plugs suited to your ceiling: concrete, hollow blocks or plasterboard.
Assembly
We assemble the motor, blades and light kit following the manufacturer’s instructions.
Connection
We connect the fan to the existing light point and check that it works.
Remote or switch
We set up the remote control or the connection to the wall switch.
Balancing
We check that it does not wobble or make noise at any speed.
What to know beforehand
To keep the installation simple and safe:
- We install the fan on a light point that already exists. If there is no light point where you want it, a new line is needed.
- On plaster or plasterboard ceilings the fan must be fixed to the slab or to a reinforcement: we will check from the photos.
- With very low ceilings (under 2.30 m) some fans are not recommended.
How much does ceiling fan installation cost?
We give you a price after seeing the photos and the model. It depends on:
- How many fans need installing.
- The type and height of the ceiling.
- Whether the fan has a light and a remote.
- Whether an old light fitting needs removing.
